 Protocol followed for Covid-19
When people enter the practice they would be requested to sanitize their hands and there will be child friendly soap available for children to wash their hands.
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask when leaving home. If you could please make us of a mask it would be appreciated.
  • If you have any of these symptoms please reschedule or cancel your appointment:
  1. Sore throat
  2. Shortness of breath
  3. Coughing
  4. Fever
  5. Diarrhea
  6.  Vommiting
  7. Flu
  8. Red/swollen/watery eyes
  9. Body aches and pains
  10. Body chills
  • If possible please wait in your car or come for you appointment on time and not too early as I want to limit the amount of people in the waiting area.
  • With young children the parent can wait in the waiting room for them.
  • If it is an older person then it would be preferable if the person that accompanies the client waits in the car and not in the waiting room.
  • With regards to playtherapy only a limited amount of toys will be available per session. The toys used will be sanitized after each session to ensure that they are clean.
  • After each session with a client the practice will be sanitized
  • Couches and various other materials that could potentially be challenging to keep clean or sanitize have been removed from the practice.
  • If you are considered as a high risk or vulnerable person for Covid-19 then you are welcome to make use of teletherapy via whatsapp call or Skype.

If you have any other questions about the protocols followed during Covid-19 then you are welcome to sent me a message by making use of the form below:
